BAL=FORCE/POWER/EGO, ATI= EXCESS, AKAR= FORM

Hence BALATKAR is a coined work of BAL+ATI+AKAR =RAPE that is use of Force to achieve the desire. It is use of force/power against the WILL of the opposite person.

In this universe there is NO one without desire, but  one needs prudence, discreet, balance, wisdom to get fulfillment of desire. Our Body consists of three main components that is BODY+ MIND+ SOUL. For the maintenance and development  of our Physical body we need Food as the fuel for the proper functioning of the physical body. MIND  needs thought as its food for its proper functioning. Thought power is a very potential ENERGY, which needs proper deployment – for creative work and/or for Destructive work. SOUL  = ATMA,PRAN,  SPIRIT is the divine part/segment attached to the body which  by virtue of which the FUNCTIONING ENERGY comes into out Body through INHALING & EXHAILING of breath from the AIR, one of the FIVE essential elements of which our physical body is made of.

And food for the SOUL is LOVE – a four letter word  having wide  meaning in Mundane world & for SPIRITUAL world, one may refer by book HINDU DEITIES & DOGMAS VS SPIRITUALITY and/or the seeker may contact me personally at my mobile 9810249229, but LOVE is often misinterpreted and abused for sexual intercourse where as True Love is PRAYER/ WORSHIP of  the peak quality.

BALATKAR is common in the MUNDANE WORLD = which is ABUSE OF POWER/ FORCE. There is old saying that POWER CORRUPPTES & ABSOLTE POWER CORRUPTS ABSOLUTELY and that is going on since inception of the Mundane world and shall continue till its End the DOOMS DAY about which I had predicted  long back and CRY OF BACY BLACE WHOLE has been heard/observed by the scientists and resentment, anguish against the man made SYSTEM is seen on ground in the form of Public cries,  protests, terrorism  and/or from groups with different IDEOLOGIES seeking REVOLUTION on success or to be termed as REVOLD if suppressed, which is now impossible.  Society is wounded and a little pinprick causes commotion.

RAPE = BALATKAR is common from Family level to World level, inter alia, in the following examples:-

Ø                Dominating husband does Balatkar on wife often in Failities. That is why USELESS in fructuous, superfluous  Law about DOMESTIC VIOLENCE on women is there. Law about Maintenance & Welfare of Parents & Senior Citzens is an other example like DOWRY ACT which are within the ambit of BALATKAR.

Ø                ABUSE of Dominating Position is common at all levels as BALATKAR.

Ø                DELAY AMOUNTING to denial of speedy Justice because of procedural technilities is yet as other example of BALATKAR over substentative law leading to corruption/frustration.

Ø                PUBLIC RERESENTATIVES from Ordinary persons becoming VIP’s and treating the VOTER who made them King being treated as WORST IMPORTANT PERSON (WIP) is yet an other important phenomenon of the so called DEMOCRACY.

Ø                UNWILLING sexual  intercourse on a woman is the worst type of BALATKAR known among beings of all strata of Society. NO ANIMAL/BIRD although they remain naked does BALATKAR on its female.

Ø                The  root cause of abuse of pant up Energy at all levels is that ENERGY  is not properly deployed by wise men holding key posts and people have NO means/ system/program to develop their respective prudence. Discreet by themselves. EVEN GOD CAN’T SAVE THE WISE. PONDER OVER.

HUMAN WITHOUT HUMANITY/HARMONY IS LIKE DAY WITHOUT SUN.

In the present Era where human being has become a mint to mint money devoid of human values of life but for valuables for life which can be purchased with money which is not without vices because each coin has two sides front & the back.  Value of Money is bound to have its vices also which our DEMOCRACY  of 65 years has given us and the present State of affairs is the net result of the anti people policies of our wise men at the helm of affairs.

Our Democracy has produced VOTERS – in numbers but not Humans with over all development having the asset of Humanity with harmony to cooperate, coordinate, understand, share, to live & to let other also to live within the vastness of the WHOLE about which our forefathers had long back conceived the idea of GLOBAL FAMILY (VISHWA KUTUMBKUM)  but we are so worthless generation that we failed to fulfill the pious dream of our forefathers. We simply are interested to read the scriptures without intention of follow imbibe and practice in life. We are interested 

in flaunt flows which can be organized with the help of money  in the mundane world created by Man itself with pseudo Gods and mind made prayers which are just hollow words never to reach any where and  are not interested to go within to search for the True Treasure which gives  us contentment, compassion, affinity, affection, the true wealth of Love and hence the Human being is devoid of its real wealth that is Love- the food for the Soul. Our body consists of physical biological Body, Mind and Soul.  Body and Mind are happy with the MONEY but the SOUL the ATMA the current, the Spirit by virtue of which the body Mind function is devoid of its essential food the Love which can NEVER be purchased with money. Hungry Soul is in search of its food, and one can understand that a hungry person can do any thing & every thing to satisfy its hunger  may it be to ‘BEG, BORROW & STEAL. These are the natural out comes for a hungry person/Soul. Crime and Rape are the symptoms of the hunger. No Law can provide the cure.

Compassion, Love, sharing, exchange of food & thoughts come from the dining table, community feeding, from family level through Mother or the Lady who cooks for the family with emotions, Love & regards. It’s not simply the food to stuff into the body but the food is laced with emotions love and regards which nurses BODY, MIND & SOUL to develop a Patriot for the Nation, a savior & protector of the family, the smallest unit of the Society and the Nation at large. Family female is the first teacher to teach compassion, to display in life to make Human with human values of harmony.  To make INSAN WITH INSANIAT Insan with insaniat is worst than Animal and it is evident to see, watch and hear in day to day life.

Our Society, Religion. Politics, Govt, Police and the Law have divided Humanity for vested interests NOT for common interest by following the policy of DIVIDE & RULE. Harmony is lost, CHARACTER THE VITRUE OF MAN IS LOST, Man has become killer of Man including kith & kins for the sake of Money. Family is in CHAOS, society is in Chaos and the Nation is in Chaos being devoid of COMMPASSION the prime need of every human being.

Our Politicians don’t understand the basic need and  True intellectuals/ wise men who understand the basic need of Unity in diversity are not heard being in minority and hence the chaos and Agony is raising its head unabated.

MAY WISDOM DOWN ON POLICY MAKERS IN THE LARGER INTEREST OF THE NATION WHICH SHALL HELP  THEIR VESTED INTEREST ALSO.

THIS IS DEMOCRACY IN INDIA AFTER 65 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE.

Corruption is like constipation which is as per ayurveda  maternal grand mother of numerous  PHYCHOSOMATIC deseases of which the Society is suffering. Suppressed ANGER for the last 65 years has erupted among people all over the Country without any call from any leadership because it is every one’s pain, agony, distress. Common man has empathy with the Girl gang raped to which Govt, System, Police and the Law has simply sympathy out of which nothing positive cure is going to come out. Constitution of India under Art 19 gives write to speech & expression, one can CRY on roads because our elected representatives don’t understand and speak for the woes, sufferings, ills of  the people at the appropriate Forums because they enjoy the comforts of sound proof offices and have right not to hear. Had the Public Representatives  been sensitive to the ills of the society, there would have been no need of agitation on roads to awake our representatives through cries. Common man has NO forum  to speak, to give vent to its feelings and has gone in coma, become dumb not to   speak knowing his humble voice shall not be heart. A few days back Mrs Sonia Gandhi addressed the Nation saying ‘YOUR VOICE HAS BEEN HEARD’ I wrote on face book ‘AT WHAT COST’.

CORRUPTION KILLS

Our 2^nd President Dr S Radhakrishnan at the end of his tenure has observed “CORRUPTION IS RAMPANY AT ALL LEVELS’  What we have learnt. I have written many Blogs, you may visit my web site www.legopriritual.com   to read my books and Blogs R.N.Prabharar’s Blog & OSHOITE’s Blog where I am very often writing about the ills of the Society.

Ø    Corruption kills justice – at all levels – Govt, Public Representatives, Society, Police the visual organ of Govt, the Law because Corruption kills the faculty  of prudence to distinguish between Right & Wrong.

Ø    If Money is lost nothing is lost, if health is lost some thing is lost but if CHARACTER is lost every thing is lost. Here we Indians after independence during 65 years HAVE LOST OUT CHARACTER because of which we are facing the present state of affairs.

Ø    Every one is RIGHT & every other is WRONG  this is preached, propogated, taught and practiced by Politicians and Religion for vested interests. There is NO cooperation, coordination and Harmony at any level. Absence of Harmony spells disharmony, precursor to the cause of Agony. On number of times I was interviewed  on TV being senior Lawyer and President of Senior Citizens Association . I expressed my views but there is NO one to take the suggestion in Public interest because there is NO THINK BANK FOR THE NATION only Vote Banks to grab power which corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Ø    Corruption in POLICE makes they insensitive to sense the senses of common man because the police personnel pay Bribe for recruitment. For posting at potential duties/beats, getting Bribe/HAFTA from Transport People, Businessmen and Criminals who are  potential clients of Police men who  are Law maker, executor and the judge on the spot having absolute power which corrupts the Police absolutely. Common man feels scared to approach Police who have  become criminal in uniform. I have said so many times on TV on the basis of my own experience for the lat 49 years of my legal practice but to no effect.

Candle Light march, agitation on roads. Promises by Govt officials and Politicians shall NEVER solve the Socio Legal Problem unless & until we endure to Produce overall developed children from kg level, family level, social level, political level, Religion level  with a view to develop HARMONY,EMPATHY, UNITY, AFFECTION SENSE OF ONENESS AS PART OF THE WHOLE COSMAS THROUGH MEDITATION, UNDERSTANDING, TO  LIVE & LET OTHER LIVE ALSO.

Ø    Criminals are not born but made by SOCIET, GOVT, POLICE AND THE LAW who are perpetrators of crime apart from the back ground/ circumstances and situations of individuals having NO support from Society, Govt, Police and the Law.

Ø    We have been watering the tree  of DEMOCRACY from the TOP rather than from root level and the result is obvious before us all.

Ø    DEMOCRACY HAS FAILED IN INDIA BEING UN-NATURAL, AND PEOPLE NOT MATURE TO UNDERSATAND IT WE NEED MERITOCRACY OF VOLUNTEARS FOR COMON CAUSE TO SERVE THE COUNTRY AND THE NATION.

LAW & ORDER  VS  JUSTICE

You can criticize the judgment but not the judge – Why?

Life is a flowing River NOT STATICE  like Laws made by Mind – Hence NO match. Discreet & Discipline must come from within. ( R,N, P rabhakar @ Swami Anand Aman)

Statutory Laws are made by Legislature, Executed by Executor and Adjudicated, Interpreted by Judiciary and all the three organs of the Government work through Mind/Brain. Laws made by statute are rigid but not flexible. The Judge dealing with the Law is bound by the four corners of the substantive law and cannot go beyond. Judge just works like a Computer following the substantive Law and the Procedure laid down for the implementation of the Law. All along there is application of Mind only and Mind often muddles things and to err  is human. Judge is an Individual first then the Judge. An Individual apart from the Mind/Brain has Heart also which is more close to Nature and is the centre of Love, affection, sentiments, emotions but the Law made by Mind does not understand and recognize the said qualities of Heart. Yet apart from Heart as an Individual the Judge has 6^th chakra the agna or the Agya chakra chakra which is neither understood nor recognized by Law and the present medical science But it is a fact and this chakra is the source of INTUTION or the INNER VOICE. Like Heart Body is also close to Nature which is GOD, Spirit, Atma within an Individual. The body never lies. It always speaks truth. The Judge having Intuitive power may be understanding and knowing from within and/or from some other sources the  bare truth as to whether the accused is guilty  or not but the judge cannot go beyond the codified Law & the Procedure. Same is true about Law maker and the executive who are vested with the Power to implement the man made Law. Therefore,  it is rightly said you may criticize the judgment but not the Judge.  The judgment is the child of Mind/brain which has not come through the Individual having Heart and Intuitive power also. Judgment coming through Mind is  half truth and the half truth is No truth rather worst than wrong and fatal to the cause. Since no Individual is Perfect, therefore, no judgment delivered by an Individual through Mind is perfect. Each judgment is appeal able and judgments are set aside, reversed and declared as not a good law by higher courts. A judge is in the Court performing his/her duty but is different in personal life.

Life is a flowing River,   it is not  STATICE , Life is subject to the Natural Law of change, changing from moment to moment. The flowing and changing life cannot be bound by statice, rigid, codified laws. It would amount  to restricting the normal and smooth flow of natural life which is contrary to the Natural Law  of Justice and hence anti people. Stat ice statutory  law   has never and shall NEVER provide the CURE to any social problem. Society has to go under radical changes. The setup is faulty because of Corruption, Religion and Politics at all levels.

EXCEPT MEDITATION, THERE IS NO ACT, WHICH IS UNSELFISH, BECAUSE IT IS ONLY MEDITATION  WHICH IS GOING TO DISSOLVE YOU INTO THE WHOLE. ONCE YOU ARE NO MORE, WHATEVER YOU DO WILL BE WITHOUT MOTIVATION, VIRTUE COMES OUT OF A PERSON WHO HAS BECOME ONE WITH EXISTENCE. MEDITATION IS THE DOOR.  (OSHO)   Now applying the above quotation of OSHO to the subject at hand  all Laws whether statutory, Social and Religious are with vested interests and are not unselfish. One wants to assert his/her rights without understanding that each Right has a corresponding duty also. But corruption makes the mare go at all levels. Dr S. Radhakrishnan, out 2^nd President of India had observed ‘ corruption is rampant at all levels’  This fact stands established looking into scams,  bribe which makes the mare go because Police and other Public dealing institutions are on the pay roles of corrupt people. CORRUPTION HAS BECOME THE ORDER OF THE DAY.  Some English photosphere had rightly said EACH PERSON HAS ITS PRICE. Very recently Justice B.N. Agarwal , Retd from Supreme Court observed EVEN GOD CANNOT SAVE THIS COUNTRY. We refuse to learn because our eyes and Minds are blind foled with currency notes.   VIRTUE, DISCREET, DISCIPLINE COME FROM WITHIN  and within is utter drkness. MEDITATION MAKES YOU EGOLESS, UNSELFISH, CONNECTS YOU WITH THE WHOLE, INVOKES VIRTUES  OF ONENESS, LOVE, AFFFECTION, REGARDS AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS BECAUSE WE ALL ARE GOVERNED BY THE SAME SOUL/ATMA  HOW CAN YOU HARM YOURSELF. THERE IS UNITY IN DIVERSITY WHICH SHOULD AND MUST BE TAUGHT FROM HOME AND SCHOOL LEVEL SO THAT PEOPLE MAY BE SELF DISCIPLINED AND REFRAIN FROM COMMITTING CRIME INCLUSDING THE HEINOUS ONE AS RAPE. NO BIRD OR ANIMAL RAPES EXCEPT MAN THE PRODUCT OF MIND AND MONEY. THE BASE/FOUNDTION OF HUMAN BEING SHALL HAVE TO BE BUILD AND STRENGTHNED FOR HARMONOUS SOCIETY WHICH CANNOT BE DONE THROUGH MAN MADE LAW.

Further to my two Blog’s  Humanity Vs RAPE & ASHAMED TO BE INDIAN I feel obliged to write this yet again because from 16^th December, 2012 when DELHI ‘s WORST GANGRAM, heinous of the heinous took place on busy Delhi Roads the protests are continuing till date to awake our Public Representatives whom we voted to power with the hope that they shall protect life and property of citizens and citizens shall get quick justice since justice delayed is justice denied. But things are contrary to the hopes of  common citizens.  Our representatives have become VIP’s and 7315 cops are dedicated to keep just 416 VIP’s safe and there is one police man to look after the safety and security of about 500 ordinary Delhiites. Whether this is the Democracy for which we vote for?

GOVERNMENT:

Government is idiot because they do not feel the pulse of the people, It is careless and negligent to the genuine needs of common citizens Aam Admi  because Govt is worried about its own secure seat of power by any means. Govt policies are anti people. There is NO scheme for the over all development of citizens right from KG classes in schools up to College level. People are under stress mental and physical and are for valuables of life rather than for VALUES OF LIFE. Love is the food for the SOUL but there is NO harmony, affinity, cooperation, coordination , Understanding, sharing & caring at any level right from Family level to the Three pillars of the Govt Legislature, Executive and Judiciary. Lack of Harmony spells disharmony precursor to the cause of Agony which we all are facing. NO CRIMINAL IS BORN BY BIRTH.  Govt, Police and the Law produces criminals. Religion & Politics are the perpetrators of all types of crime.  When anger spills over the prudence is lost. When Individuals form a mob rationality, logic, discreet is lost. Govt fails to feel the pulse of the people and people who are sick, frustrated, helpless are obliged to come on the roads to seek Justice in an extra judicial manner. All agitations be it Anna Hazare’s , Baba Ram Dev’s    and/or  even the present one DELHI GANG RAPE are because of the failure of the Govt to feel the pulse of the people. Govt fails to nip the evil of agitation in the bud and opposition  takes the advantage. There is NO PRUDANCE at any level. The demonstrations  on roads are the symptoms of the disease within the society. Govt tries to give pain killer which is not to cure the disease from within the society. Govt hears only known people who go by Mind which always muddles things. Society working under directions of Mind, as its master, is bound to commit mistakes because society consists of Individuals who have Heart- which is close to nature and Nature can provide the cure. Medicine is simply pain killer it never provides permanent cure. Meditation is technique to provide balancing power, strength, value of life, immunity to individuals to understand  good from bad. We need communes within the community which provide food to the Soul. All criminals including the rapist in the present  case are deprived of  family Love Devoid of Love devoid of discreet makes a man criminal.  To apprehend criminal is no big wonder, Wonder is that criminal is not made out of innocent Individual.  For this charity begins at home but not in Govt and/or Legislature where criminals  with mussel and money power make their way.

POLICE:

Police is the visual organ of the Govt. A police man is Legislature, Executive and Judge at one and the same time but Police is insensitive for obvious reasons. They cannot distinguish between a criminal and civilized citizen of  a Democratic Republic.  They work either under pressure from high ups and/or for Bribe and make the mare go. They lack due education and experience.  There was absolutely no need to use Water cannons, tear gas and Lathi on innocent, unarmed children agitating Spill over anger. This added fuel to the fire. No senior police officer including Commissioner of Police could tackle the situation since they lack the tact to handle the Public. Police is corrupt the harass innocent people for obvious reasons of getting bribe because they are there having paid bribe for recruitment, bribe for posting for potential position and what not .  Laws are made and police is made to execute without extra infrastructure. Long duty hours and absolute power makes Police corrupt absolutely. Bus/ truck owners pay weekly to Police people. Police is friendly with criminals and gentle people are scared to approach the police who have become criminals in Uniform.

THE LAW

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED is an old saying but followed most often now a days for obvious reasons which are responsible for the corruption in the lower judiciary. Every one has his/her own price. The excuse is work load is more than the required judicial officers. Supreme Court and High Court Judges are given some assignment/commissions after their retirement. Advocate enrolled under the Advocate’s Act is also a statutory persona why not use services of senior Lawyers leading almost retired life as honary Judges to deal with the pending matters and/or to appoint them as jury members to help the sitting judge to arrive at correct decision, transparent and speaking judgment at the shortest possible time to eliminate the chances of bribe by delaying the matters.

Capital punishment for rapist shall never solve the matter. Death sentence for Murder is there, but whether the Murders have stopped??? NO – in the same manner the crime of Rape shall also continue till the individual is not developed to become a responsible citizen. Through Anger the fertile potential of individual is blocked he/she fails to distinguish between  good and bad this potential shall have to be developed. The circumstances and the family back ground and how he/she is brought up has to be watched and safe and congenial atmosphere created for the over all development of Individuals.  Punishment/sentence should not be as a revenge  but with intend to reform the criminal. There must not be revenge and/or prejudices and/or pressures of any type because anger spilled over first destroys the angry person before causing harm to the other. Prudence must prevail not the mob.

 President, Prime Minister,  Home Minister, Police Commissioner  must and should have addressed the agitating helpless angry public at the first possible opportunity before allowing things to go out of hands and people on roads This shows there is lack of due wisdom.

DEMOCRACY ONLY TO PROTECT  VIP’S AT THE COST OF COMMON MAN.

Further  to my Blog dated December 18^th, 2012 HUMANITY VS RAPE I  have heard from the news on Aaj Kat TV the attending Doctor on Rape victim saying that iron rod was pushed into the private parts of the victim an unmarried girl a  medico student by the  offenders who committed rape on the girl. It is height of  barbaric act not only rare of the rarest but Heinous of the Heinous act in the known history of humanity which amounts to willful, intentional or an act with knowledge to cause death termed as  attempt to murder   u/s 307 IPC but being heinous of the heinous attracts DEATH penalty at the earliest instead of imprisonment for Life in the Interest of Justice as one of the offender has confessed as opted for Death out right.

The offenders were drunk this proves that there is flagrant & willful  violation of the Directie Principles of State Polity. Article 47 of the Constitution says ‘ ….. State shall endeavour  to  bring prohibition of the consumption except for medicinal purposes of intoxicating drinks and of drugs which are  injurious to health. But Delhi Government ruled by Congress and the Central Govt too ruled by Congress are granting licenses  to open wine shops in every nook & corner of the city with a view to earn revenue at the cost of  the health physical and moral of the common man including the culprits in the present matter. Congress party says they are following the Principles of Mahatma Gandhi and recently at Gujrat Mr Rahul Gandhi said his political guru is Mahatma Gandhi and some times back before UP elections after interaction with common people hearing atrocities committed by Police on women he said ‘ I feel ashamed to be called Indian’ What has he to say now.  Mahatma Gandhi used to walk on foot and interact with people whereas he and other VIP’s travel by Air and are far from people but only rely on hear says from YES men in the party and reputation of the party is no secret of any one.

Whether the Indian Democracy is only to protect VIP’s at  the cost of common man?  I rely on the story htfordelthi published in Hindustan Times dated 20^th December, 2012 saying  7315 cops  for safety of 416 VIP’s  and One cop for 500 ordinary Delhiites.

We don’t need such elections where public representatives become BOSSES over voters who voted them to power.  We need meritocracy to serve citizens with dedication. Simply right to vote is no Democracy but plurality of purpose and service to the Public shall be real democracy for which our forefathers fought for to turn out whites but our leaders simply wear white  khadi dress  but inside they are more Eurpeans than real Eurpeans.

There is NO policy for over all development of citizens from KG level to College level. Beyoy beej Bablool ke to Aam kahase khoyan ( by sowing the seeds of thorny trees you can’t eat Mangoes)  The whole system is   corrupt and needs radical changes.

HUMANITY  VS  RAPE

It is a matter of SHAME for our so called civilized society to read and hear the News of yet an other RAPE in Bus moving on busy DELHI roads and body of the medico thrown on road and she is critical.

India is a Country where according to Religious scriptures during NAVRATRAS female child is worshiped twice during a year and Goddess is considered as MAA mother. Our religious literature says where female is not respected that country is bound to suffer and we  quote the examples of RAMAYANA where Sita was kidnapped and the Golden Lanka was destroyed which was ruled by Ravana the wise and powerful King then. We also go on reading  on Mahabhartha where Dhropdhi was insulted and a great war took place. During Navratras for Nine days Phabhat Pheries early morning religious processions are  conducted in honour of Maa Durga. Keeping in view all that and reading about RAPE which has become common now a days one is obliged to ponder over whether the above said teachings, rituals are just flaunt shows on street? What message we get and teach to our childrewn!

In schools and Colleges students are taught all subjects including Sex education, I fail to understand for what purpose, but there is NO system, education to teach moral values to students. Values of Life are no where taught but students are taught how to earn money by adopting any means. Status in Society is measured by the Bank Balance and/or by muscle power. We feel proud to give ads about our products by displaying the female  wearing minimum garments on and/or we get brand ambassadors  as Actors or  Players. Advertisements in News Papers show the character  of the Nation. If Money is lost, nothing is lost;  if health is lost, some thing is lost; but if CHARACTER is lost, every thing is lost. We in India have lost our character for any thing and every thing. Scams and Bribery matters are almost daily reported. In good old days it was said YATHA RAJA, THATHA PRAYA; but now there are no Rajas but in Democracy which is Unnatural, there are Prime Ministers and Ministers who are  involved in scams, bribery, criminal matters and what not less said the better including in sexual advances towards females close to them subject to some exceptions.

King used to be imbibed by citizens but in Democracy voter is the King maker so the proverb chances YATHA PRAJA, THATHA RAJA. Praja is business men that want to get things done by any means. People have Black money to pay and get things done. The proverb MONEY MAKES THE MARE GO is  followed.  Mind which mints money, mints vices also corresponding to the flow of money. 

In collision Govt horse trading is common. Govt is always worried in barter system to please partners so that it remains in power for vested interests without caring for the National interest and/or the Public Interest who voted them to power.  After elections all must and should work for National and Public interest but not for their respective political party. National and Public Interest must be the Sole consideration without any ifs and buts.

People talk of severe punishments as solution to the crime of Rape. It is ridiculous. Indian Penal Code is evident of the fact that Punishment has never achieved the desired result to cure the criminal. Criminal gets hardened after getting experience from Jail.

Rape is simply the symptom of the disease. The disease is  (1) Faulty ducation, which never teaches values of Life. (2) Black money, which makes the mare go (3)  Slow Justice, which makes the victim frustrated and emboldens of offender (4) No Political will to solve social problems with a view to create Vote Bank and lastly the most important factor the (5) Religion, the mother of all sorts of  crimes, which propagates do such –n-such  ritual, dogmas pay Danam in the name of God and every thing shall be in your favour.  These five Elements are the cause of all crimes including Rape and there can be No solution  to it since it is from eternity but now a days it has taken the horrified form.. Man is becoming unnatural, inhuman going far from Nature and rape is one of the out comes.

I pose a question for the Public and wise persons holding key positions in Govt HAVE ANY ONE SEEN, NOTICED. OR HEARD A BIRD OR ANIMAL RAPING ITS  FEMALE???  Obvious answer is NO.  Because birds & animals are free from the above mentioned five elements.Then why human being is

indulding in Rape because human being has become imbalanced and is far from Nature and its Natural Dharma. Human being has lost humanity, humbleness which needs to be taught from School level.
