You can criticize the judgment but not the judge – Why?

Statutory Laws are made by Legislature, Executed by Executor and Adjudicated, Interpreted by Judiciary and all the three organs of the Government work through Mind/Brain. Laws made by statute are rigid but not flexible. The Judge dealing with the Law is bound by the four corners of the substantive law and cannot go beyond. Judge just works like a Computer following the substantive Law and the Procedure laid down for the implementation of the Law. All along there is application of Mind only and Mind often muddles things and to err  is human. Judge is an Individual first then the Judge. An Individual apart from the Mind/Brain has Heart also which is more close to Nature and is the centre of Love, affection, sentiments, emotions but the Law made by Mind does not understand and recognize the said qualities of Heart. Yet apart from Heart as an Individual the Judge has 6^th chakra the agna or the Agya chakra chakra which is neither understood nor recognized by Law and the present medical science But it is a fact and this chakra is the source of INTUTION or the INNER VOICE. Like Heart Body is also close to Nature which is GOD, Spirit, Atma within an Individual. The body never lies. It always speaks truth. The Judge having Intuitive power may be understanding and knowing from within and/or from some other sources the  bare truth as to whether the accused is guilty  or not but the judge cannot go beyond the codified Law & the Procedure. Same is true about Law maker and the executive who are vested with the Power to implement the man made Law. Therefore,  it is rightly said you may criticize the judgment but not the Judge.  The judgment is the child of Mind/brain which has not come through the Individual having Heart and Intuitive power also. Judgment coming through Mind is  half truth and the half truth is No truth rather worst than wrong and fatal to the cause. Since no Individual is Perfect, therefore, no judgment delivered by an Individual through Mind is perfect. Each judgment is appeal able and judgments are set aside, reversed and declared as not a good law by higher courts. A judge is in the Court performing his/her duty but is different in personal life.

Life is a flowing River,   it is not  STATICE , Life is subject to the Natural Law of change, changing from moment to moment. The flowing and changing life cannot be bound by statice, rigid, codified laws. It would amount  to restricting the normal and smooth flow of natural life which is contrary to the Natural Law  of Justice and hence anti people. Stat ice statutory  law   has never and shall NEVER provide the CURE to any social problem. Society has to go under radical changes. The setup is faulty because of Corruption, Religion and Politics at all levels.

EXCEPT MEDITATION, THERE IS NO ACT, WHICH IS UNSELFISH, BECAUSE IT IS ONLY MEDITATION  WHICH IS GOING TO DISSOLVE YOU INTO THE WHOLE. ONCE YOU ARE NO MORE, WHATEVER YOU DO WILL BE WITHOUT MOTIVATION, VIRTUE COMES OUT OF A PERSON WHO HAS BECOME ONE WITH EXISTENCE. MEDITATION IS THE DOOR.  (OSHO)   Now applying the above quotation of OSHO to the subject at hand  all Laws whether statutory, Social and Religious are with vested interests and are not unselfish. One wants to assert his/her rights without understanding that each Right has a corresponding duty also. But corruption makes the mare go at all levels. Dr S. Radhakrishnan, out 2^nd President of India had observed ‘ corruption is rampant at all levels’  This fact stands established looking into scams,  bribe which makes the mare go because Police and other Public dealing institutions are on the pay roles of corrupt people. CORRUPTION HAS BECOME THE ORDER OF THE DAY.  Some English photosphere had rightly said EACH PERSON HAS ITS PRICE. Very recently Justice B.N. Agarwal , Retd from Supreme Court observed EVEN GOD CANNOT SAVE THIS COUNTRY. We refuse to learn because our eyes and Minds are blind foled with currency notes.   VIRTUE, DISCREET, DISCIPLINE COME FROM WITHIN  and within is utter drkness. MEDITATION MAKES YOU EGOLESS, UNSELFISH, CONNECTS YOU WITH THE WHOLE, INVOKES VIRTUES  OF ONENESS, LOVE, AFFFECTION, REGARDS AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS BECAUSE WE ALL ARE GOVERNED BY THE SAME SOUL/ATMA  HOW CAN YOU HARM YOURSELF. THERE IS UNITY IN DIVERSITY WHICH SHOULD AND MUST BE TAUGHT FROM HOME AND SCHOOL LEVEL SO THAT PEOPLE MAY BE SELF DISCIPLINED AND REFRAIN FROM COMMITTING CRIME INCLUSDING THE HEINOUS ONE AS RAPE. NO BIRD OR ANIMAL RAPES EXCEPT MAN THE PRODUCT OF MIND AND MONEY. THE BASE/FOUNDTION OF HUMAN BEING SHALL HAVE TO BE BUILD AND STRENGTHNED FOR HARMONOUS SOCIETY WHICH CANNOT BE DONE THROUGH MAN MADE LAW.

Further to my two Blog’s  Humanity Vs RAPE & ASHAMED TO BE INDIAN I feel obliged to write this yet again because from 16^th December, 2012 when DELHI ‘s WORST GANGRAM, heinous of the heinous took place on busy Delhi Roads the protests are continuing till date to awake our Public Representatives whom we voted to power with the hope that they shall protect life and property of citizens and citizens shall get quick justice since justice delayed is justice denied. But things are contrary to the hopes of  common citizens.  Our representatives have become VIP’s and 7315 cops are dedicated to keep just 416 VIP’s safe and there is one police man to look after the safety and security of about 500 ordinary Delhiites. Whether this is the Democracy for which we vote for?

GOVERNMENT:

Government is idiot because they do not feel the pulse of the people, It is careless and negligent to the genuine needs of common citizens Aam Admi  because Govt is worried about its own secure seat of power by any means. Govt policies are anti people. There is NO scheme for the over all development of citizens right from KG classes in schools up to College level. People are under stress mental and physical and are for valuables of life rather than for VALUES OF LIFE. Love is the food for the SOUL but there is NO harmony, affinity, cooperation, coordination , Understanding, sharing & caring at any level right from Family level to the Three pillars of the Govt Legislature, Executive and Judiciary. Lack of Harmony spells disharmony precursor to the cause of Agony which we all are facing. NO CRIMINAL IS BORN BY BIRTH.  Govt, Police and the Law produces criminals. Religion & Politics are the perpetrators of all types of crime.  When anger spills over the prudence is lost. When Individuals form a mob rationality, logic, discreet is lost. Govt fails to feel the pulse of the people and people who are sick, frustrated, helpless are obliged to come on the roads to seek Justice in an extra judicial manner. All agitations be it Anna Hazare’s , Baba Ram Dev’s    and/or  even the present one DELHI GANG RAPE are because of the failure of the Govt to feel the pulse of the people. Govt fails to nip the evil of agitation in the bud and opposition  takes the advantage. There is NO PRUDANCE at any level. The demonstrations  on roads are the symptoms of the disease within the society. Govt tries to give pain killer which is not to cure the disease from within the society. Govt hears only known people who go by Mind which always muddles things. Society working under directions of Mind, as its master, is bound to commit mistakes because society consists of Individuals who have Heart- which is close to nature and Nature can provide the cure. Medicine is simply pain killer it never provides permanent cure. Meditation is technique to provide balancing power, strength, value of life, immunity to individuals to understand  good from bad. We need communes within the community which provide food to the Soul. All criminals including the rapist in the present  case are deprived of  family Love Devoid of Love devoid of discreet makes a man criminal.  To apprehend criminal is no big wonder, Wonder is that criminal is not made out of innocent Individual.  For this charity begins at home but not in Govt and/or Legislature where criminals  with mussel and money power make their way.

POLICE:

Police is the visual organ of the Govt. A police man is Legislature, Executive and Judge at one and the same time but Police is insensitive for obvious reasons. They cannot distinguish between a criminal and civilized citizen of  a Democratic Republic.  They work either under pressure from high ups and/or for Bribe and make the mare go. They lack due education and experience.  There was absolutely no need to use Water cannons, tear gas and Lathi on innocent, unarmed children agitating Spill over anger. This added fuel to the fire. No senior police officer including Commissioner of Police could tackle the situation since they lack the tact to handle the Public. Police is corrupt the harass innocent people for obvious reasons of getting bribe because they are there having paid bribe for recruitment, bribe for posting for potential position and what not .  Laws are made and police is made to execute without extra infrastructure. Long duty hours and absolute power makes Police corrupt absolutely. Bus/ truck owners pay weekly to Police people. Police is friendly with criminals and gentle people are scared to approach the police who have become criminals in Uniform.

THE LAW

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED is an old saying but followed most often now a days for obvious reasons which are responsible for the corruption in the lower judiciary. Every one has his/her own price. The excuse is work load is more than the required judicial officers. Supreme Court and High Court Judges are given some assignment/commissions after their retirement. Advocate enrolled under the Advocate’s Act is also a statutory persona why not use services of senior Lawyers leading almost retired life as honary Judges to deal with the pending matters and/or to appoint them as jury members to help the sitting judge to arrive at correct decision, transparent and speaking judgment at the shortest possible time to eliminate the chances of bribe by delaying the matters.

Capital punishment for rapist shall never solve the matter. Death sentence for Murder is there, but whether the Murders have stopped??? NO – in the same manner the crime of Rape shall also continue till the individual is not developed to become a responsible citizen. Through Anger the fertile potential of individual is blocked he/she fails to distinguish between  good and bad this potential shall have to be developed. The circumstances and the family back ground and how he/she is brought up has to be watched and safe and congenial atmosphere created for the over all development of Individuals.  Punishment/sentence should not be as a revenge  but with intend to reform the criminal. There must not be revenge and/or prejudices and/or pressures of any type because anger spilled over first destroys the angry person before causing harm to the other. Prudence must prevail not the mob.

 President, Prime Minister,  Home Minister, Police Commissioner  must and should have addressed the agitating helpless angry public at the first possible opportunity before allowing things to go out of hands and people on roads This shows there is lack of due wisdom. 

ASHAMED TO BE INDIAN

FLAGRANT  & WILLFUL VIOLATION  OF DIRECTIVE PRINCIPLES OF STATE POLICY

DEMOCRACY ONLY TO PROTECT  VIP’S AT THE COST OF COMMON MAN.

Further  to my Blog dated December 18^th, 2012 HUMANITY VS RAPE I  have heard from the news on Aaj Kat TV the attending Doctor on Rape victim saying that iron rod was pushed into the private parts of the victim an unmarried girl a  medico student by the  offenders who committed rape on the girl. It is height of  barbaric act not only rare of the rarest but Heinous of the Heinous act in the known history of humanity which amounts to willful, intentional or an act with knowledge to cause death termed as  attempt to murder   u/s 307 IPC but being heinous of the heinous attracts DEATH penalty at the earliest instead of imprisonment for Life in the Interest of Justice as one of the offender has confessed as opted for Death out right.

The offenders were drunk this proves that there is flagrant & willful  violation of the Directie Principles of State Polity. Article 47 of the Constitution says ‘ ….. State shall endeavour  to  bring prohibition of the consumption except for medicinal purposes of intoxicating drinks and of drugs which are  injurious to health. But Delhi Government ruled by Congress and the Central Govt too ruled by Congress are granting licenses  to open wine shops in every nook & corner of the city with a view to earn revenue at the cost of  the health physical and moral of the common man including the culprits in the present matter. Congress party says they are following the Principles of Mahatma Gandhi and recently at Gujrat Mr Rahul Gandhi said his political guru is Mahatma Gandhi and some times back before UP elections after interaction with common people hearing atrocities committed by Police on women he said ‘ I feel ashamed to be called Indian’ What has he to say now.  Mahatma Gandhi used to walk on foot and interact with people whereas he and other VIP’s travel by Air and are far from people but only rely on hear says from YES men in the party and reputation of the party is no secret of any one.

Whether the Indian Democracy is only to protect VIP’s at  the cost of common man?  I rely on the story htfordelthi published in Hindustan Times dated 20^th December, 2012 saying  7315 cops  for safety of 416 VIP’s  and One cop for 500 ordinary Delhiites.

We don’t need such elections where public representatives become BOSSES over voters who voted them to power.  We need meritocracy to serve citizens with dedication. Simply right to vote is no Democracy but plurality of purpose and service to the Public shall be real democracy for which our forefathers fought for to turn out whites but our leaders simply wear white  khadi dress  but inside they are more Eurpeans than real Eurpeans.

There is NO policy for over all development of citizens from KG level to College level. Beyoy beej Bablool ke to Aam kahase khoyan ( by sowing the seeds of thorny trees you can’t eat Mangoes)  The whole system is   corrupt and needs radical changes.

HUMANITY  VS  RAPE

It is a matter of SHAME for our so called civilized society to read and hear the News of yet an other RAPE in Bus moving on busy DELHI roads and body of the medico thrown on road and she is critical.

India is a Country where according to Religious scriptures during NAVRATRAS female child is worshiped twice during a year and Goddess is considered as MAA mother. Our religious literature says where female is not respected that country is bound to suffer and we  quote the examples of RAMAYANA where Sita was kidnapped and the Golden Lanka was destroyed which was ruled by Ravana the wise and powerful King then. We also go on reading  on Mahabhartha where Dhropdhi was insulted and a great war took place. During Navratras for Nine days Phabhat Pheries early morning religious processions are  conducted in honour of Maa Durga. Keeping in view all that and reading about RAPE which has become common now a days one is obliged to ponder over whether the above said teachings, rituals are just flaunt shows on street? What message we get and teach to our childrewn!

In schools and Colleges students are taught all subjects including Sex education, I fail to understand for what purpose, but there is NO system, education to teach moral values to students. Values of Life are no where taught but students are taught how to earn money by adopting any means. Status in Society is measured by the Bank Balance and/or by muscle power. We feel proud to give ads about our products by displaying the female  wearing minimum garments on and/or we get brand ambassadors  as Actors or  Players. Advertisements in News Papers show the character  of the Nation. If Money is lost, nothing is lost;  if health is lost, some thing is lost; but if CHARACTER is lost, every thing is lost. We in India have lost our character for any thing and every thing. Scams and Bribery matters are almost daily reported. In good old days it was said YATHA RAJA, THATHA PRAYA; but now there are no Rajas but in Democracy which is Unnatural, there are Prime Ministers and Ministers who are  involved in scams, bribery, criminal matters and what not less said the better including in sexual advances towards females close to them subject to some exceptions.

King used to be imbibed by citizens but in Democracy voter is the King maker so the proverb chances YATHA PRAJA, THATHA RAJA. Praja is business men that want to get things done by any means. People have Black money to pay and get things done. The proverb MONEY MAKES THE MARE GO is  followed.  Mind which mints money, mints vices also corresponding to the flow of money. 

In collision Govt horse trading is common. Govt is always worried in barter system to please partners so that it remains in power for vested interests without caring for the National interest and/or the Public Interest who voted them to power.  After elections all must and should work for National and Public interest but not for their respective political party. National and Public Interest must be the Sole consideration without any ifs and buts.

People talk of severe punishments as solution to the crime of Rape. It is ridiculous. Indian Penal Code is evident of the fact that Punishment has never achieved the desired result to cure the criminal. Criminal gets hardened after getting experience from Jail.

Rape is simply the symptom of the disease. The disease is  (1) Faulty ducation, which never teaches values of Life. (2) Black money, which makes the mare go (3)  Slow Justice, which makes the victim frustrated and emboldens of offender (4) No Political will to solve social problems with a view to create Vote Bank and lastly the most important factor the (5) Religion, the mother of all sorts of  crimes, which propagates do such –n-such  ritual, dogmas pay Danam in the name of God and every thing shall be in your favour.  These five Elements are the cause of all crimes including Rape and there can be No solution  to it since it is from eternity but now a days it has taken the horrified form.. Man is becoming unnatural, inhuman going far from Nature and rape is one of the out comes.

I pose a question for the Public and wise persons holding key positions in Govt HAVE ANY ONE SEEN, NOTICED. OR HEARD A BIRD OR ANIMAL RAPING ITS  FEMALE???  Obvious answer is NO.  Because birds & animals are free from the above mentioned five elements.Then why human being is

indulding in Rape because human being has become imbalanced and is far from Nature and its Natural Dharma. Human being has lost humanity, humbleness which needs to be taught from School level.

INDIAN DEMOCRACY IS HOUSED IN BUILDING WHOSE’S FOUNDATION STONES HAVE BEEN ERODED & CIVIL WAR LIKE SITUATION PREVAILS.

Intellectuals Review of Indian Democracy on  assessment of past 65 years since Independence achieved on 15^th August, 1947 reveals that due to the wrong Policies of the Government Particularly the Mohara (pawn) Govt of Dr. Manmohan  Singh CIVIL WAR  LIKE SITUATION PREVAILS IN INDIA   where life and property of not only of Common Man but that of Ministers, Politicians, Judges and even Police personnel’s is NOT safe now a days and people are daily seen on roads by way of Rallies on some issue or the other. Indian Government fails to understand the pulse of the people and neglects the observations of Dignatories   holding key  in Govt. For example I quote a few as  under:

1.                  Hon’ble C. Rajgopalacharya  the then first & the Last Governor General  of India had advised Pt Jawaharlal Nehru, the then Prime Minister of India not to create states on linguistic bases but create 4 zones in India for administrative purposes BUT Pt Nehru did not agree and states were created on linguistic or cultural basis  with rights and reservations on different counts and the cause of agony  is before us all which needs no particular mention.

2.                  Sardar Patel the then Home Minister had advised Pt Nehru to allow him to take Police action in J&K as it was taken in the matter of Hydrabad state but Pt Nehru did not approve of it and the problem is before us all.

3.                  The framers of  the Indian Constitution had allowed reservation of SC/ST in schools upto 10^th standard and thereafter  all be treated as par on merit basis for all intends and purposed but the reservation policy is still going on for various reasons and more and more demands for reservation are raising there head and Govt  is helpless for reason of VOTE BANK Policy.

4.                  Whether Kasan or Jawan are dissatisfied on various counts and recent example of that of General V.K. Singh  (since Retd in May 2012) having retired from the top rank in Army is seen on Platforms supporting Kissans and/or Anti corruption or regarding corruption. I am of the view that he tried to create of coup to over throw the Govt before his retirement as has been done several times in Pakistan  but some how failed.

5.                  Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, the 2^nd President of India, then , had observed CORRUPTION IS RAMPANT AT ALL LEVELS.  What the Govt has learnt and what remedial steps  taken except that corruption has grown day in and day out and the recent SCAMS need no further elaborations.

6.                  Hon’ble Justice Lohati  (Retd CJI) had said  We may close the Courts and let them (Govt) do what so ever they like. What have the Govt learnt?

7.                  Hon’ble Justice B.N. Agarwal (since Retd from Supreme Court) said  EVEN GOD CANNOT SAVE THIS COUNTRY.  What we have learnt.

8                  Shri Rahul Gandhi after learning about Police atrocities high handedness  on Villagers including ladies and children said I FEEL ASHAMED TO BE CALLED INDIAN. What message is being given to masses and to the World at large?  Including human Rights agencies in India and abroad.

9                  People and Police are fighting on streets, Police station and police vehicles are stoned, damaged and there is no respect for law and order in the country.

10.              Public Representatives including Ministers at Centre or states and/or MP’s or MLA’s are using guns and/or abetting criminal activities on small matters and/or to snub opponents. Land mafia and Goondaism is on  rise and life of property of citizens are not safe and ladies are daily kidnapped , molested and raped.. Laws are enacted without discreet to be broken causing frustration among common man.

11.              Government has failed and failed miserably on all counts and the country is passing through hard times and CIVIL WAS OR REVOLUTION CAN BE READ ON ALLS FOR THOSE WHO CAN READ.

12.               COMMON MAN IS SICK OF POLITICIANS WHO SERVE THEIR VESTED INTERESTS AGAINST PUBLIC INTEREST. WE DON’T NEED COSTLY ELECTIONS BUT INTELLECTUAS TO CREATE MERITOCRACY ON VOLUNTARY BASIS & NO PROFESSION POLITICIANS IN PUBLIC INTEREST AND IN THE INTEREST OF THENATION.

13.           TO ACHIEVE A THING IS EASY BUT DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN IT. OUR FOREFATHERS WHO FOUGHT FOR DEMOCRACY IN CASE MAY HAPPEN TO SEE THIS STATE OF DEMOCRACY ARE BOUND TO FEEL REGRET AND BE ASHAED . WE NEED COLLEGIUM OF INTELECTUALS TO SAVE INDIA. I SALUTE THE FORESIGHT OF SIR WINSTON CHURCHILL, THE WAR TIME PRIME MINISTER OF ENGLAND WHO WAS AGAINST POWER GIVEN TO INDIANS  Kindly read Mr Khushant Singh’s article INCREDIBLE NATION published in Hindustan Times dated October 15, 2012, I adopt the same as part of this Blog because the same is not being reproduced for the sake of brevity.

HUMANITY    VS    HARMONY

HUMAN, HEART, HARMONY, HEAVEN & HELL come from the same root but with a difference between Earth & Sky, Birth & Death.

ABSENCE OF HARMONY SPELLS DISHARMONY PRECURSER TO THE CAUST OF AGONY.

OSHO  in one of his lectures narrated a beautiful story about HUMAN, HEART, HARMONY, HEAVEN & HELL  and I wish to rely on that story which says once a Reporter of some News Paper visited Hell & Heaven to get the fist hand information about how people love there and he fist visited Hell during lunch hour and saw people are sitting around a big dining table and verities of  foods are  there but no one is eating because their arms are bound with a stick on elbow joint and they cannot bend their arms to pick up food and to put it into their mouth and are not only feeling sad, helpless  and angry with the system but are quarreling and abusing each other too. Thus they could not enjoy food to satisfy their hunger.  So this was the scene of Hell during lunch time. There after he visited Heaven and saw people around the dining table with verities of food  but all were happy and enjoying the delicious food and feeling grateful, cordial, affectionate, loving and caring for each other and were happy & joyous with feeling of thankfulness towards God. The difference was since with arms which could not bend to pick up food to put into their own mouth each one was picking up food and putting into the mouth of the person sitting opposite to his/her seat and thus both became partners to enjoy food with the feeling of gratitude.

The moral of this story is that we are all  Unique and part of this Universe as a whole, each  part needs harmony, cooperation, coordination, affinity, tolerance, sense of sharing for common cause of  harmony with family, within society and within the Nation without divisions of  CASTE, CREED, STATUS, SECT, SEX, RELIGION, POWER, POSITION. AND EGO ETC just be Natural, without vested interests and follow Nature as Birds and Animals & other creatures follow nature. Enjoy Life, don’t accumulate any thing and every thing which is bound to be left here after death and this includes all your moveable and immoveable wealth, assets, man made relationships and  man made Gods or goddesses. Accept  all that is Natural and discard all that is unnatural.

Listen to your Heart which is close to GOD, and snub Mind which muddles things to cause agony, confusion, and chaos and accept  Life as it comes because GOD your Father/Mother knows better which is your need and it provides your needs but not for your greed’s which are the product of your Mind.  GOD- Heaven or Hell are no where else but here and Now.  GOD IS  NOWHERE  but  NOW  HERE, It is a matter of wisdom where you have to put hyphen to dissect the one word  to pave way for you to the Kingdom of GOD.  Don’t go by dictates of others but follow your Inner Voice in your best interest.

MESSAGE OF GOD

Our Body is a Unique machine covered with the birth day suit  the objective structure with organs having double functional capacity  to see out side  that is outward and inside that is within the objective structure of the body. You may call it two-in-one which records and displays also through the inbuilt mechanism called the Body Anatomy. The study of Body Anatomy would reveal  the  harmonious union  of  Objective Body, Mind and the Soul. Objective body is like a machine  like a vehicle which  cannot do any thing of its own, just as a  road worthy  fit car  cannot move to any particular destination. It needs a driver. As said above our body is a vehicle, this too needs a driver to function. Now there are two vehicles one  vehicle is  made of  metal and the other our body made of five elements Earth, Water, Space, Air & Fire. When this objective body vehicle sits in the driving seat and  starts the metal vehicle and guides the motor vehicle towards a particular destination. I have created a puzzle that there is a car in which another car is placed and both the cars are driven by a driver and  moving towards  a destination towards  the same direction  at the same speed. Answer : which are the two cars and who is the Driver?   Our body car is seated in metal car and  the Soul in body  car is the driver driving the two vehicles  towards a particular place in same direction and at the same speed.  This shows there are four things (1)  Metal car (2)  our Body car, (3)  Soul which is invisible, it is manifested through our Body which is  just an object. Therefore, the Soul needs manifestation. Soul is simply energy like electricity a fuel. The organs of the body function because of the energy of Soul which is a segment of the Supreme Soul, the GOD, which is nothing but silence, silence speaks through  Sound , the sound must be audible, therefore the soul needs  a two-in-one  which is MIND fitted in the body. Therefore , the (4)  is  MIND.

MIND.

Mind  is the two-in-one tape recorder. Whatsoever is audible is automatically being recorded by  the Mind.  Different voices are coming from various directions that is COSMOS – Divine or Natural domain, Mundane  world/domain,  Cosmos/ Universe is created by God but the Mundane world is  the creation of Mind.  Soul functions through Consciousness. If your consciousness is clear,  unconditioned, you can hear and distinguish  between the Divine voice and the Mundane world voice and act according to your choice following your wisdom acquired by your experience.

The urge to write this article  came to me  from the Quotations of RUMI  Tweeted through my Rev friend OSHO ONLINE which reads : ‘ Your task is not to seek for Love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it’ Your LONGIND  for ME is my MESSAGE  to you . Don’t seek Love – it is like SUN shining in the Sky. It’s like God OMNIPRESENT. Sun IS always shining and sending warmth  that is LOVE  to you, you simply find the  clouds blocking the sunshine & it’s warmth , let the clouds disappear, you shall get the Light (wisdom) and warmth (Love).

DHARAM (NATURE) - RELIGION – SPIRITUALITY

Dharam (Nature), Religion and Spirituality are considered synonymous and inter changeable but there is a vast and wide difference among these terms. I would like to explain the significance and meaning of these words to my readers  because these words when put into practice can change the very life style and one feels as a new born  and whole attitude changes in the life which is a precious gift  from GOD, a mystery to be Lived with Love and to be celebrated as a festival each day and each moment in life.

According to religious scriptures there are eighty four lakh (84 lakh) forms of life and out of those human being is one of these 84 lakh forms of life on this planet  Earth and only the human being is confused, seeking and searching the Ultimate Truth through the practice of these big names that is  Dharma (Nature), Religion and Spirituality through Mind which always muddle things and creates confusion, chaos in life and deprives the seeker to enjoy life in truth and in total.

DHARMA (NATURE)

Human  being  is called insane  and he/she must have the characteristics  of a human being that is INSAN must possess INSANIAT. Heart , Human and Humbleness come from the same root and are inherent qualities of a human being. A human being must be Loving, Caring and sharing.  Our biological body consists of three main elements (a) Body ( Heart (b) Mind and (c) Soul . There must be harmony among the three. Absence of harmony spells disharmony precursor to the cause of agony in life which is being experienced at all levels from Individual to Family and from Family to Society and from Society to Nation.  Dog is a dog whether in India, England, France, America or any other place in the world and it barks in the same manner every where and functions in the same manner. Same is with regards to other animals and/or Birds. This is the DHARMA of these animals and Birds. To act and function according to one’s own nature is his/her DHARMA  or Nature and to act and function contrary to one’s  own nature is ADHARMA.  We  all human beings are acting and functioning contrary to our inherent

nature or Dharma and therefore are confused and in chaos  in distress feeling not at home. .Human  being because of his Mind has created his own mundane world where all dealings right from family level to society and from society to national level  are done through use of money. Mint which mints money mints vices also as the back side of the same coin. Man has lost his inherent values of life and is after the objective valuables of life.  Body needs food  to grow and develop, Mind needs new thoughts to brood on and Soul needs Love as its food. Soul is the functional energy in the body which controls the body and Mind but the Soul is hungry of its  food the Love.  Just as a hungry person cannot perform well in the same manner our hungry Soul cannot perform well in life and the human being is obliged to depend on Mind which is  like a stray dog in our body and provides different ways manners to deal with a roblem/proposition  which some times succeeds but invariably fails because ‘man proposes  God disposes’. Each individual is Unique with a unique blue print, job and assignment unique of his own  but  the individual is dependent  on others and thus cannot carry out his job/assignment as per his own  intuition or inner voice and thus feels helpless, frustrated. In this Universe human being is the only species who is dependent on other right from birth to death and dependence on others is hell. Paradheen sapnio such nahie. Its  better to rule in hell than to be a slave in Heaven.  So human being has gone astray, drifted away from his inherent Nature and  feels  bewildered, a vagabond, home less in this vast universe. So Each human being must act according to his/her own nature and that is his/her true DHARMA. There are as many DHARMAS as there are individuals and each one must and should  tolerate, cooperate and coordinate with each other in the beast interest of humanity at large. Buddha has said AAPO DEEPO BHAV  be a light unto yourself. Don’t look into old and out dated scriptures because life is a flowing river. Accumulated water gives foul smell. Never accumulate any thing, follow the anatomy of your body exhaling is must to inhale for continuity of life. Create vacuum so that fresh energy must flow in to make you fresh, energetic and up  to date  Be close to Nature, observe it  and follow it  since that is your DHARMA unique and personal to your benefit. Be selfish, foolish and healthy since these are the keys to happy and prosperous life which is the purpose and goal in itself.

RELIGION

Religion is mad made. Man made God (s) , man made scriptures, man made rituals and dogmas. Each new born child with innocent smiling face comes with a Divine message that God our Father-Mother- parent is not fed up with humanity. We are all children of God  Born and brought up in the same manner, sharing the same Earth, basking under the same Sun enjoying the coolness of the same moon, inhaling and exhaling the same Air, drinking the same water and moving in the same space. We all have the same body anatomy and Love is the bond among  individuals in this Universe. There is ONE GOD, ONE EARTH AND ONE HUMANITY without any nomenclature such as Hindus, Muslims. Christians etc  and/or any dress code, rituals, dogmas etc but our organized Religions have knowingly & deliberately divided humanity for vested interests saying that a human being has been thrown in to this World as some punishment. It’s all non-sense. God is utter silence and music is the language of the silence. Prayer or worship to God must and should be in utter silence or through music without  words and/or sentences taken out and/or advised by some so called God men. Mind needs always New and doesn’t like repetition. If  as advised by Religion(s) one goes on repeating a name, or word and a sentence mind becomes bored and slips into sleep which gives you some relief and one feels fresh and to such a situation the pseudo Religions declare that the seeker has achieved the reality. By this declaration  EGO gets born in your mind which makes you inhuman, and  one  gets attracted towards objective life, objective God(s) and objective valuables of Life and gets drifted away from the Nature within and Nature outside and becomes devoid of  Love and devoid of Life and becomes just a money making machine which serves the purpose of Religion.   If  Buddha, Mahavir, Mohammed, Jesus. Guru Nanak, OSHO  and other saints could realize while sitting  in Jungles under trees then why not the present day seeker can realize sitting alone. What is the need for magnificent fort lie temples or other Religious places which is flagrant show  of black money.  Religion has divided humanity and is dividing humanity FOR VESTED INTERESTS. Beware of such Religions which are hub of black money and other such activities which are anti humanity.

SPIRITUALITY

As mentioned above TO LIVE ACCORDING TO YOUR NATURE IS DHARA AND TO LIVE CONTRARY TO YOUR  OWN NATURE  IS ADHARMA  and the Religion is a shop selling  man made  GOD for consideration  because Real GOD is invisible formless beyond time and space and hence beyond the reach of pseudo Religion. SOUL is the controlling energy in our body and is segment of SUPREME SOUL /GOD. Just as GOD is invisible and formless its segment without our body is also invisible and formless  Soul is Spirit PRAN and Spirituality is the science of  the Spirit soul.  Soul has NO adjectives, NO gender, it is colourless  crude energy in one and all and is OMNIRESENT. Our  body functions because of the energy SOUL which comes in and goes out of our body through the processes  of inhaling & exhaling of breath. So long as the Soul or PRAN  or PARMATMA  functions within our body we can live but as soon as the SOUL or PRAN leaves our body our body is DEAD. Our body is a machine which functions because of the energy called Electricity, Soul, PRAN or GOD or by any other name you may call it . Spirituality is the science to discover that  energy within our body. Since each living being be it Human, Animal, Birds and/or other species  and trees & all other do breath without any Religious tag therefore Spirituality is Universal, Secular, functioning under the scientific law of CENTREFUGAL & CENTREPETAL and all energy after roaming comes back to its centre as per the Platonic law therefore, Spirituality is the cord which unites the humanity.

We are all beloved children of our aren’t GOD, PARMATMA, AALHA AND THOUSANDS OF OTHER NAMES BUT REMEMBER RECITING OF HIS NAMES SHALL NEVER YEILD THE DESIRED FRUIT. Sit, contemplate, brood, and try to realize WHO AM I AND WHERE AM I  within my body and remember there is only one Energy like one SUN giving light and warmth to all  on this planet Earth. Hence we all are ONE. UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL. BEARE  OF RELIGION THE ENEMY OF HUMANITY.

Every Human being having consciousness wants to be HAPPY and to achieve happiness all efforts are made right from birth till death  including acquiring  Education Wealth, Assets moveable and immovable through business, profession and all other possible means and/or by fair or foul means apart from the said activities people do visit Religious Places and seek blessings from self styled  God men and perform some rituals spending time and money but still feel the desired happiness is far away. WHY ?

According to our Shastras there are eighty four lakh (84  lakh) Yanies – forms of Life and human being is one of these. Human being is running after happiness as mentioned in paragraph above whereas except human being all are apparently happy  without  under going  all  the hectic activities done by human beings. WHY ?

According to the irreversible Law of Nature there is ENERGY which is created by yoga merging and mingling of TWO energies which are inherently eternally there and out of the Union of which the COSMOS is made of and the said energies are called POSITIVE & NEGATIVE energies. These are two sides of the same coin. There cannot be Front  without its back and the back is sure to have its front. It is just  like our body which is mini COSMOS/UNIVERSE  each body has its front side face with two eyes to see ahead only and the back side has no eyes. God  created this Cosmos out of  DUALITY  male & female, Light &  Dark, Day & Night, Tall & short, fat & thin, sweet & sour etc etc.

Our Body  like the whole Cosmos  is made of five elements EARTH, WATER, SPACE, AIR AND FIRE (Heat). Our biological body is objective with a perfect system anatomy  and it may be called  a vehicle/ any machine including Computer and the said machine/system anatomy functions by virtue of power called electricity which according to metaphysical term is called PRAN/ energy/SPIRIT and  SPIRITUALITY IS THE SCIENCE OF THAT SPIRIT. That energy  is called LIFE FORCE ENERGY which comes into our body through inhaling and exhaling of breath and the mini source of that energy is the segment of the Supreme source  the GOD and the SOUL invisible within our body is segment of the Supreme Soul and the Supreme soul functions through our body under the scientific Law called CENTRIFUGAL & CENTRIPETAL that is going away from the centre & coming back to the centre and PLATO has observed that all energy  alter taking rounds comes back to its centre. Therefore, we are integral part of the WHOLE which is UTTER SILENCE, PEACE, ECSTACE, CONSCIOUSNESS which oozes out of the SOUL within us like the FRAGRANCE comes out of the flower or like soothing, consoling, contending vibrations come out of bodies of Lovers when they make love from soul level as per the concept of ARDHANARIISWAR when male & female energies come together merge and mingle into one and there remain NO two but become one energy circle and both experience ecstasy, the desired HAPPINESS.

So Happiness is eternal, inherent and natural  to Individuals who go on seeking happiness  from amongst  sources within the objective, outer, mundane world  whereas the actual and real source of happiness is within yourself. Happiness  is Natural – positive, un-happiness is the negativity prefixed  before  the Positive and that prefix is ‘un’. Without the prefix ‘un’ the Positive, natural, eternal, inherent HAPPINESS IS JUST THERE already. SUN or MOON are there in the sky as balancing powers to each other but when clouds are there in the sky  SUN & MOON become invisible to our eyes. This does not mean SUN & MOON disappear from the sky but the clouds have covered there visibility. Remember the clouds are not  permanent, after a short while  the clouds are bound to disappear and the SUN or MOON shall be visible to eyes. Therefore, have patience and wait till clouds disappear don’t get impatient by unhappiness in life because that too is necessary for comparison to distinguish between Happiness and Unhappiness. A fish who is born and brought out in water shall never know the importance of the water unless and until it is brought out of the water and thrown on the hot hard soil on the bank of the water source. Therefore, utilize the time of unhappiness in a positive way by practice of MEDITATION, or by walking, doing Yoga, listen music, or do some creative work without using Mind. 

At the out set I have used word MIND in between  BODY and SOUL.  Mind is like the Mint which mints Money and mints vices also as the back side of the same coin. Mind muddles things. Two prisoners were in the same jail cell  whose door was closed and had one window only which used to be opened  during night  for a while and the two could see out side the room through the window. So at night the window was opened and the two prisoners were allowed to see out side. One looked down towards the ground and saw mud while  the other looked up and saw the twinkling starts in the blue sky. After a while when the window as closed they exchanged their experience which was contrary to each other. So Happiness  or Unhappiness is also like this – as to where you look at. Our Mind is like a Window of the computer which can show you the  data which has been feeded  into the computer machine by some one – a human being but is neither eternal nor inherent according to the Unique character of each Individual.  Two individuals can never agree to one proposition because of the Mind  in between  them. Mind and Mud come from the same root. Mind can see filth, marshe soil , mud below on the ground but  can’t see up vertically in positive manner. But remember  each life is fitted with a transformer inbuild  which can convert foul smell into fragrance. Flower bush comes out from mud, filthy ground but the life in the flower bush by virtue of the in buld transformer transforms the foul smell into fragrance through the petals of the flower.

This is the art of the Life.  Life always comes through the darkness. Darkness is the mother of Light. So unhappiness is the mother of Happiness. Learn to transform Unhappiness into Happiness through  Silence which is synonymous to God  but the silence must not be the silence of the grave yard  but silence of the woods, gardens, and silence between  Lovers because as Lord Jesus said LOVE IS GOD, and GOD is LOVE personified  through your Lover. SO LOVE & HAPPINESS SHALL FOLLOW or BE HAPPY & love shall follow BECAUSE  HAPPINESS, LOVE AND GOD ARE INTER CHANGEABLE TO EACH OTHER. But Remember  NO one can get beyond its DESTINY. Each one is born with its own blue print and assignment Unique to one self.

Dusshera  was celebrated yesterday  and  effigies of Ravana  are shown with 10 heads and our  religious scriptures also depict so without brooding  over whether the younger but intelligent  generation  would accept  the mythological story as true and correct?

During the era of Ramayana the language was not  developed as it is today and symbols were used to convey some message. This should and must be explained the young generation. The symbolic10 heads indicate that Ravana was very intelligent, well read, devotee of Lord Shiva, Brave King  of Lanka which was full of riches and it is said  that it was made of Gold.

Now the young intelligent  generation  is bound to raise the valid question , if Ravana was intelligent  and well read wise kind WHY did he kidnapped Sita wifeof Lord Rama?

The answer is that Ravana was under the effect of ’negative energy.’   Our Buddhi , intelligence is like pure milk and some thing sore is put into it the pure milk gets split and it cannot be turned into the sweet  pure milk again. Negative energy is like a Drug if consumed by any one intelligent or unintelligent  one is sure to get drugged. There is a saying that behind every successful man there is a woman- True butI say there is woman behind every man for his downfull also.  Kakay wife of  Kind Dashratha  was behind his success in war and  life as a King. He has made promise to give some award to her which she demanded asking Dashratha to sent Rama in exile for 14 years. King was intelligent but failed to do any thing before the negative energy of  his beloved wife.

Similarilarly  King Ravana was though intelligent, wise but could not do any thing  before his own sister SAROOP NAKHA was visited India, proposed  Lakshmana  for marriage who chopped off her nose. She went back concocted  story about her insult and in order to take revenge Ravana Kidnapped sits and the result is before us all.  The lesson is that WISDOM fails before negative energy if  you have no balanced mind.

Don’t go literally by symbols but understand the hidden meaning. Beware of Negative energy it can ruin you.

WHO IS THE VICTORIOUS - PONDER OVER??

Ever since the days of ‘RAMAYANA’  when Ravana  the Demon King of Lanka  in order to take revenge of insult to his sister Saroop Nakha  by chopping her nose when she proposed for a marriage to Lakshmana  younger brother of Lord Rama followed by kidnapping of Sita wife of Lord Rama and the war between Lord Rama & Ravana after which Sita was freed from the captivity of Ravana after killing Ravana the victory of good over evil is being celebrated year after year without caring, brooding and pondering  over whether the event is still worth celebrating and is it really the victory over the evil??  Religion & Fundamentalists have made people fool of the first water since majority of the fools are following the Fools, making noise for nothing which is mockery whole episode because minds of the people have been conditioned by Religious fundamentalists for obvious reasons. It has become a society of insane where feeble voice of a few sane carries no weight. It is a matter of pity.

Before celebration of  DUSSHERA  Navratras are celebrated where female energy is worshipped since MA DURGA is symbolic of female Energy for production and development of Humanity on this Planet Earth.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE & MALICE TOWARDS ANY ONE :-

(1)  It is not the fact daily reported in media that female is killed in womb of her mother before  her delivery?

(2)    Who does not know that female child  is abandoned after delivery  in dustbins and/or isolated places and allowed to die for no fault on her part.

(3)    Which fool does not know that child girl / teen aged girl is not rapes, molested, teased and staled by her own father, family members, close friends of the family and/or by neighbours apart from strangers on roads, places of work etc

(4)    Is it not a  fact that young girls are abused in centres setup by Govt and/or by NGO’s

(5)    It is an open secret that female is sexually abused at all possible places by people of so called civilized society be it some place of work, home, Religious place or public place

(6)     On one hand our believers in Religion worship child girl and on the other hand  the  gild  is abused. Where is the Religion and its commandments??

(7)    Anamals and Birds don’t do that . It is good they have NO RELIGION as the man has developed to cover up his crime in the garb of a bhakta.

Now let me explore the victory  of  Virtue over vices:-

(1)               Sita was once kidnapped during Ramayana period but  NOW LADIES ARE DAILY KIDNAPED – what has your Religion and fundamentalists to say about it and what remedial actions are being taken or proposed.  SHALL CELEBRATION OF  useless DUSSHERA DO SOME GOOD??

(2)               SIZE OF THE EFFEGIES OF RAVANA IS INCREASING BECAUSE NUMBER OF DAILY KIDNAPPING IS  INCREASING . RAM IN PRACTICE IS GOING DOWN THE GRAPH BUT RAVANA IS RISING UPWARD. It is really a matter of celebration of victory of good over evil OR  in fact IT IS VICTORY OF EVIL OVER GOOD  whch is being celebrated with pump and show. I FEEL IT IS A MATTER OF SHAME TO CELEBRATE DUSSHERA NOWA DAYS.

(3)               NO SANE PERSON IS IN FAVOUR OF CELEBRATING DUSSHERA INVOLVING NOISE, POLICE BANDOBAST, APREHENSION OF  ATTACKS BY TERRIORISTS (WHO ARE PRESENT DAY RAVANAS) AND THE OCCASION CAUSING POLLUTION OF NOISE AND CRACKERS AND CRIMINAL WASTER OF TIME AND MONEY ALONG WITH OTHERHAZARDS TO LIFE.

Shall wisdom down on bewildered man with black money and muscle power??

One fact is clear that Lord RAMA had to fight the war with the help of outsiders (Monkeys) than any help from his own family – so is the family position even now a days. Ram was victim of family and society and so is the honest  man of today.

INCREDIBLE NATION PEN IS MIGHTEAR THAN SWORD

Mr Khushwant Singh under his column ‘withmalice towardsoneandall’ dated October 15, 2012 wrote about INCREDIBLE NATION and I salute to the farsight of SIR WINSTON CHURCHILL, the War time Prime Minister of England, who had angrily remarked : ‘power will go into the hands of rascals, rogues and freebooters’. All Indian leaders will be of low caliber and man of straw. They will have sweet tongues and silly heart, they will fight amongst themselves for power and Indian will be last in political squabbles. Not a bottle of water are loaf of bread shall escape taxation, only the air free and the blood of these hungry million will be on the head of Attlee”. We are indeed an incredible nation we have worked very hard and we have in deed proved him right!!!

During British Raaj proverb was ‘pen is mightier than sward’ but khurshid Law Minister believes sward is mightier than pen. Hence India a heaven for criminal and terrorist. For every Criminal Act there are three stages (a.) Mensrea (b.) preparation and (c.) the actual Act. According to the recent statement of Mr. Salman Khurshid, the Law Minister of India “I have been made law minister and asked to work with the pen. I will work with the pen and also with blood….. Let them come to Farrukhabad. But let them also return form Farrukhabad”. This statement of Law Minister speaks of his sub conscious mind which is criminal based and speaks of the Mensrea that he wants to hide his miss deeds by oppressing the indicators. According to his own statement he has been made the Law Minister and ask to work with them whereas in his subconscious mind he is a criminal and want to settle the issues by blood on the ground rather than using the blue pen which is a sign of royalty. Therefore Mensrera the prerequisite for commission of a crime is there in the mind of the Law Minister. It is a democracy where tolerance is core quality of a politician particularly the Law Minister. The second step for a criminal step is the preparation by stating ‘let them come to Farrukhabad but let him return from Farrukhabad’. This statement is a clear direction and indication to his followers who are vested with money power and muscle power to see that in case Mr. kejriwal ventures to his home town Farrukhabad he is welcomed but he should not return back from Farrukhabad alive but his dead body. Mr. Salaman Khurshid is a Chairman of Dr. Zakir Husain Memorial Trust a NGO working for the welfare of disabled persons. If the transactions are not transparent any citizen has a right to ask for the accounts in the forms of the help from the government and in the form of donation received from the public to pursue the cause of the under privilege people. Tolerance is the core quality of democracy. I pose a question is it democracy? Or demo crise’s. Citizen are crying on the roads for Justice but Law Minister instead of working with the pen is out to work with blood!!!. Ours is the Democracy worst than the dictatorship, in fact it is a dictatorship wearing the mark of democracy. Mr Khushwant Singh has rightly observed that we have worked very hard to prove that sir Winston Churchill was right by observing that the power shall go on to the hands of rascals rogues and freebooters. I pose a second Question pholan devi, an ordinary lady from a village was compelled by the society and the law to take up arms and become a dacoit, a freebooters who ultimately became the member of parliament by winning an election. Just ponder over what is the difference between an Oxford Law Student and the present Law Minister of India viz- a- viz Pholan Devi the erstwhile dacoit.

The statement of Mr. Khurshid the Law Minister compels an innocent person to brood weather after 65 years of independence we are regressing towards barbarism from civilization which we Indian imbibed from British Raaj. I am confident that in case ours forefathers who took part, sacrificed there life and property and achieving the independence may happen to come and watch the present democracy in view of the statement of the Law Minister they shall regret and may come to the conclusion that they were perhaps not right to ask for the Democracy of the type functioning today. A couple of month backs Mr. Rahul Gandhi after observing the atrocities committed on the women children and elderly person in a district of Uttar Pradesh was obliged to say” I FEEL ASHAMED TO BE CALL INDIA” and recently justice B.N. Agarwal since retired from Supreme Court of India had observed that ‘Even God cannot change our country’.

I am one of the stanch followers of the congress party and written to Late Rajiv Gandhi with certain suggestion and he had acknowledge with thanks my letter and there after I wrote to Mr. Rahul Gandhi also and he also did acknowledge my letter but my experience shows that no political party is interested in honest people at the present Govt. is perhaps the worst Govt. after independence where people are crying for drinking water, dying hungry of food which is allowed to rote but not to fill the empty stomach prices of a essential commodity are out of reach of a common man. The efforts of Mr. Arvind Kejriwal to unveiled the masks on the face of the politicians are correct and appreciable but the risk to his life also cannot be ruled out particularly in view of the statement of the Law Minister who is ready to write to blood on ground rather than using the blue pen.

WE DON’T NEED POLITICIAN AS PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVE BUT NEED INTELLECTUALS VOLUNTEERS FOR MARITOCRACY. I HAVE DECIDE TO BYCOT ELECTION WHERE MONEY AND MUSCLE PLAY AND THE LIFE OF INNOCENT PERSON IS AT RISK

Right from the known history of humanity Kidnapping, molestation, stalking, eve teasing, Rape are reported and read through books and  Media reports  but NO SUCH THINGS ARE REPORTED AMONG BIRDS AND ANIMALS:  Have any one PONDERED OVER  - WHY??

As per Law of Nature the whole Cosmos is made of merging and mingling of two Energies- Positive & Negative.  Male is Positive energy and Female is Negative energy and attraction towards each other is natural right from the Birth till death and both are Supplementary & Complementary to each other during the span of life and union of the two is essential for the production and development of Humanity.  It is also the Law of Nature that each Individual is Unique in all respects and we all are part of the Whole and need co-operation, co-ordination, Understanding, Tolerance, and the sense of Unity in Diversity to lead a Harmonious life where our body a mini universe is in absolute freedom, allowing  body hormones to develop and bring evolution and revolution within body according to body anatomy for healthy and happy life on this Planet Earth as devoted  and beloved children of God .

It is important to NOTE that there is NO Religion, NO Politics, NO Police, & NO Law among Birds and Animals but they are more civilized than the so called self styled Civilized man.  No Bird or Animal ever rapes their teenaged kids and/or kidnaps for sexusal exploitation.  THIS SHOWS THESE SPECIES ARE MORE CLOSE TO NATURE WHICH GUIDES THEM AND THEY ARE BALANCED, DISCIPLINED AND BEHAVE ACCORDING TO THEIR INHERENT NATURE.

Man has gone far from Nature – the whole, and is guided by Mind which muddles and makes Un-natural Laws which, as people say,  are made to be  broken .

We know our Social reformers like Raja Mohan Roy, Swami Daya Nand Saraswati, and numerous others were against child marriage, in favour of widow’s remarriage, Sharda Act was passed, widows were allowed to remarry and settle in life, there are so many NGO’s and Govt agencies working in this sphere, Law of the land is also there with  Punishments and Penalties but I  pose a Question  WHETHER THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED?  And the BIG answer is NO.  and I assert that this shall NEVER BE SOLVED THROUGH ANY LAW. Except through Right approach.

History reveals that female child used to be  killed after birth  for obvious reasons and the same reasons still exist and female child is killed in fetus and/or after birth or abandoned. These  are symptoms of the ills in SOCIETY, Laws made by Mind, Improper Understanding,  Fanatics in Religions which have divided Society and now a days even Politicians who claim and preach through words Secularism but support to divide Society for Vote Banks.

MARRIAGE

Marriage is a coined word ‘Merry’ + ‘Age’ means the age to make merry to be joyous, jovial, playful etc.  Marriage is performed through the ceremony called wedding, all weddings are same but each marriage is different. As per our ‘shastras’ there are 84 lakh yonies  forms of life on this planet Earth out of which Human Beings (Man – woman) are one of them. NO species out of 84  lakh  yonies ever perform marriage except Human beings.

As per the COSMIC law there are  pares ‘negative –positive’ night-day, good-bad, sweet-sore, intelligent – unintelligent, etc and combination of the two said energies makes the manifested Energy. God is un-manifested Energy but it manifests through life in any form. Electricity becomes manifested when negative and positive wires are joined together. Similarly when male and female, positive & negative energies meet live is formed through which God manifests.  It is very pious union of the two energies positive & negative and the life is the abode of God on Earth. A living Body is the only Unique Temple of God on Earth to be worshiped.

In the Cosmos there are seven Skies, Seven stars, seven chakras in our body, seven days of the week, seven  bodies in the Cosmos and our body being a mine cosmos also possesses seven bodies within the physical body which is just a birth day suit of the seven bodies.  Marriage according to the law of nature should and must be meeting, mingling and merging  into one the energy within two bodies of male and female from Body level, Mind level and from Soul level.  Soul is nothing but Energy, Spirit which when moves in the circle forms a circle, a ball of energy. When male & female must meet, the body and Mind must drop. Body is objective like any other valuable object in the house like TV, Fridge, Car etc and Mind is a manipulator, a business man. It is only the Soul which is flexible like water, Air, space, Fire the essential elements of life individual and Universal. If  the marriage is performed  according to nature is it one of the manifested forms of God. If you have a real wife & husband befitting to the above said levels touching seven layers within the body, mind and soul then you don’t need any God in illusion. Your wife or husband is God in your cuddle. But unfortunately this has never happened in our society. Marriage kills the individual and his/her freedom and makes the person as article, an object, an asset to be possessed but not as an integral  part of your own body just as left and rights arms of the body.

We have drafted from the law of nature and hence the marriage is proving as a burden in life.  According to Statutory Law laid down by the legislature marriage is a Socio-legal contract. Statutory law is made by man, and the institution of marriage is also made by man. No man is perfect. How a person who is imperfect in himself/herself make the perfect law to be followed by all others. Statutory laws are made by Mind, Marriage laws are also made by mind and the Mind as said above is a Business man. Therefore, all marriages resolved around money in the form of Dowry,  costly gifts etc and in spite of legislation  against Dowry, Domestic violence crime is increasing day by day is the proof beyond doubt the statutory legislation has failed and failed miserably and the society and homes are no more sweet homes as said East or west home is the best. I declare law as guilty and Religion as prompter of crime against women. Marriage performed according to statutory and religious laws have created prisons in each house where couples are obliged to live together without love but to grab property a business deal.

In the whole universe except man NO species ever marry but they do cohabit, make love, produce children, take care of them till the siblings are capable to do for their own. There is NO RAPE, NO EVE TEASING, NO MOLESTATION, NO DOWRY, NO GIFTS,  NO LEGISLATION, NO POLICE AND  NO COURTS OF LAW but they all follow the law of Nature and  enjoy life the gift from God without any problem whatsoever.  Man who is said to be a social animal and Civilized  has become BARBARIAN  and is neither social, nor animal and not the lease Civilized . It is well said if Wealth is lost, Nothing is lost, If health is llost, some thing is lost, but if CHARACTER IS LOST EVERY THING IS LOST. I find man has lost his/her character to be responsible towards the siblings he/she produces for not fault on the innocent kids who are the would be citizens of the Country and they may curse their parents for NOT PROVIDING THEM DUE LOVE WHICH IS THE FOOD FOR THE SOUL and they shall also curse the Law of the Land to make them unwanted children on the street worst than even dogs or animals.  Hence Institution of marriage is UN-NATURAL.

ENERGY : FIRE  : THE LIFE= GOD

Every child knows about Fire the most essential and commonly used in Life for cooking food. Like Water Fire is Life. While writing about AIR I mentioned about invisible PRAN that is Fire. It enters with the first breath in our body and goes out with the last breath we take after which we are declared  as dead and during out first breath to the last out body remains WARM because of the element of Fire within it. As the fire cooks out food in the same manner the fire cooks, makes soft and liquid the food we eat within our stomach and the liquid juices turn into blood, the fuel of life to run into our veins and arteries  to keep our body fresh, growing and glowing. Body with the help of water and fire within our body transforms the food into organic to form hormones, muscles, body cells, bones and creates mysterious energy to heal the body itself as and when some essential elements become deficient in the body. The divine energy supplies the required metals, minerals and chemicals to the ailing part of the body while extracting the same from the balanced food we eat.

You will feel warmth if you rub your hands and/or touch your own body or the body of some one else. It is the warmth due to the presence of Fire in the body.  The source of Fire is SUN and in all parts of the World SUN is respected and worshiped as SUN GOD because of which all life on Earth functions grows glows and moves without fear. Darkness is symbolic of fear while Sunlight is symbolic of courage, the Life. Life and courage go together because the dead has no courage.

Energy Fire is essential in our life as experienced around us in the form of Electricity because of which all our electrical and electronic gadgets function and give us enjoyment in life. Energy Fire is Life and Life is nothing but GOD manifested on Earth. For Love also you need Fire’s energy and when to negative and positive energies meet and mingle to become one energy a new life is conceived within the womb of the female to be delivered after due natural course. Though ordinary sex between a male and female a child is born but through Meditative sex between two spiritual Souls Divine child is born with glow of SUN on his/her face and he/she is worshiped in the Universe as God just like Lord Jesus, Karan of Maha Bharths and Hanuman of Ramayana.

In India Sun shines for the major part of the year but the SUN energy is wasted which can be used for creating machines, vehicled, gadgets which may run by Solar energy but we particularly the people at key posts talk much but do little creative and positive works.

During the five ENERGY series of essential elements of life and cosmos  EARTH, WATER, SPACE, AIR AND FIRE I have tried to convey that we all are made of the five elements and all these elements are without any Religion, caste, sect and/or tribe we are followed by human beings. Humanity has been divided for obvious reasons.  I believe and practice that there is ONE GOD, ONE EARTH, ONE HUMANITY AND WE ARE ALL BELOVED CHILDREN OF GOD ON EARTH in its manifested form in the form of all Life in any form and all that is around us is for the enjoyment of  life on Earth.  Let us PONDER OVER, WHY AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE HUMAN BEINGS ARE FIGHTING WITH EACH OTHER FOR THINGS UNNATURAL, MAN MADE for no good purpose to serve the mankind.

ENERGY :  AIR : OMNIFORUM  :

Further to ENERGY  series after EARTH, WATER & SPACE , AIR is Omni forum like Water, the flexible, colorless, adaptable, humble non resistant, with cooling character flowing and capable to fly- evaporate but not to fight  but if furious it can destroy whatsoever comes in its way.  AIR is also one the five Elements of which Life on Earth is made of. As per science AIR consists of OXYGEN, CORBON-DIXED, NIGHTROGEN etc but science is unknown to the Divine Element in it, the essential part that is PRAN in Air which infuses Life in Life on Earth. It is like the Divine quality of RAIN DROPS which add life to the crops different than watering of plants with ordinary water. All life on Earth Breaths AIR through the process of exhaling and inhaling but the element PRAN is invisible which the Functioning Energy in all life on Earth .

Element of PRAN is so vital in AIR for life without which life cannot exist. PRAN is not only invisible but colorless, classless, secular, casteless and essential for Life to exist. It is with all living life but unattached, uncontrollable absolutely free from bondage of any type. Religions have divided Humanity but AIR Unites Humanity, the children of one Parent you may call GOD or by whatsoever name you like. People of all Religions, Faiths do breath AIR containing PRAN without any objection, inconvenience or embrossment  and at the same time the PRAN in AIR cannot be withheld more than few seconds either within the body or out side the body because it is uncontrollable and free to move. When a patient with breathing problem is admitted in some hospital the fist aid is to administer OXYGEN to the patient to keep his/her breathing cell alive and functioning so that these may not die, once the cells die these cannot be revived by any means. The artificial oxygen cannot keep the patient alive for long; it only helps the breathing cells to function. AIR with PRAN is essential element for life.

AIR is form less and flexible like water and can be filled in any container and its energy gives movement to it. In olden times Grinding Mills used to rotate with AIR but this vital Energy is being wasted. Boats men, navigators, aeronautics Air force  still take help of Air for movements of their vehicles and if the Scientists and Government feel inclined AIR energy can used can fuel for motor land  vehicles in place of costly  Petrol and diesel. Any way its not my subject at hand.

As a Spiritualist my subject is Humanity which is at the verge to collapse because of inhuman teachings, preaching’s of Religions and Politics. When to live we all are breathing the same Air without any difficulty, it means we all are connected, associated with each other through the common cord  called Breath and we all belong to one parents but unfortunately divided by Religions  and Politicians for their vested interests.  When we breathe the same AIR to live HOW can we be different in life for Religious or Political purposes??  PRAN IS SEGMENTOF DIVINE ENERGY OMNIPRESENT. 

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED

Absence of Harmony spells disharmony precursor to the cause of Frustration & Agony.

Swami Vevikanand said ‘Give me a small child, and I can make him SAINT or SINNER as I may like.

Cardinal Principle of Law is that JUSTICE DELAYUED IS JUSTICE DENIED that is Justice should not be delayed and must be delivered at the earliest  but it is only on paper  and far from the facts. Substantive Law is in few lines but the Procedural Law is very  complicated, cumbersome involving lot of  redtapeism and  above all the Professionals strategies and tactics and at the top of it THE GODDESS OF JUSTICE IS BLINDFOLDED (please read my Blog dated June 9, 2011 )  she only hears and doesn’t see. YOU MAY CRITICISE THE JUDGMENT BUT NOT THE JUDGE.  What does it mean. Statutory Law and the Rules are the product of the Mind. Law is made by , interpreted by mind from the lowest court to the Apex Court and also through learned Advocates and Hon’ble Judges through their experienced and fertile minds only as per the documents/evidence on record but NEVER looking on the face and into the eyes of the offender which never lie. Words of mouth often lie but eyes never lie. Irony is that Goddess of Justice is Blindfolded she can never see into the eyes of the offender and therefore, there is every possibility of miscarriage of injustice. The learned Judge as a person without wearing robes may be knowing the understanding the truth behind as to whether is offence is committed by the accused or not but the Judge sitting on the chair of Justice is blindfolded, he/she is not supposed to see with his/her naked eyes. Therefore, it is said that Judgment may be criticized but not the Judge.

In today’s Hindustan Times that is September 21, 2012 on frond page is the news COP AVENGES SISTER’S DEATH, KILLS, HIMSELF- HT Correspondent.  It is a Flagrant case of JUSTICE DELAYED. In the year 2002 Manoj got married to Rachna, she shed to be allegedly harassed for dowry, she hanged herself in 2003. Matter went to Court including Delhi High Court. Rachna’s brother Vijay Kumar was 14 years minor boy who had seen the death of her sister and now he was 24 years and had joined Delhi Police as a constable and had been watching the play of justice in courts and became frustrated because of delay in administration of justice. During the period of 10 years from his age of 14 years to now 24 years, the negative energy, absence of harmony in families, in courts, in society, professional strategy and tactics must have suffocated the young man to the extent that he decided to take revenge by himself rather then watching the  routine in courts of law. At the age of 14 he was minor and according to the Juvenile Justice not supposed to go to normal courts of Law so that he might not have harnessed contempt towards the law and the system, but no one took notice about the tender age of the boy and as per Swami Vivekanand  he gathered the negative energy. There were NO means to give vent to his emotions, sentiments, affection towards her sister and the said negative energy has been piling up and overpowered the young man to take law into his own hands. He killed Manoj Kumar, his mother and then himself too after informing the Police. There was ample time at the disposal of Police to nab vijay kumar but the apathy, laziness, dereliction of duty  on the part of police became a cause and afforded Vijay an hour to take revolver and shot himself in the head while the police was preparing to go to Somipat  where Vijay is alleged to be living whereas he was in Delhi but the inefficient police could not locate the call.

Precious lives are allowed to be wasted but for the procedure, system but Question arises who is responsible the death of  RACHNA, MANOJ, HIS MOTHER AND VIJAY KUMAR  AND THE OBVIOUS ANSWER TO MY MIND IS  BLIND LAW, SOCIETY AND THE SYSTEM which needs to be over hauled. People have lost equilibrium and are frustrated for various factors and Justice Delayed is Justice Denied is one of the main factors.  LAW & SOCIETY are guilty for such un-natural deaths.
