Ms Saroj Nagi, Hindustan Times Correspondent;

Mr Manish Tiwari, Hindustan Times Correspondent;

Dear Sir(s)/Madam,

It is shocking to read the daily News Papers and to hear from the TV News Channels about the break down law & order machinery, indifferent attitude of civil authorities, negligence on the part of Municipal authorities for not providing the basic necessities of life like water, electricity & proper cleanliness and sanitation to the citizens. There is unchecked corruption at all levels, thefts, Robberies, snatching, roadrage,Murders – including honour killings, Rapes, molestations etc have become common for every day happenings and to all this the respective Govts at the State and Central level have knowingly or intentionally become Blind, Deaf, dumb and indifferent for obvious reasons and the life, property and dignity of the citizens is not safe and there is no one to hear the woes & cries of the helpless citizens and for the said reasons Public is obliged to take law into their own hands. There is constant threat from across the Indian Borders to the safety and security of our Country, Law and Order is slow amounting to justice delayed is justice denied, in these circumstances will it be improper to say that the Government has failed on all fronts and there is no Government worth its name and the citizens are living in the State of Anarchy.

Constant un-bearable rise in Prices of essential commodities including Petroleum products is adding fuel to the fire. Living has become difficult for the common man. It is because of the anti-people Polices of the Government and Flaunt show with regard to Common Wealth Games with no appreciation as a good host but may get a trophy for NATION OF FLAUNTS at the Cost of Crores of Rupees. ITS WELL SAID VIRTUES ARE ACQUIRED FREE EVILS ARE ACQUIRED AT A COST.

Police: the most visual organ of the Govt is admittedly as per the surveys conducted and experienced by citizens Corrupt to the extent of 99%. They have become criminals in Uniform. Indifferent to the problems of the citizens. It will not be improper to say that Police means Police Officers Licensed Institution of Corruption Establishment. The supposed protectors of Law & Order & and safety of life, property & dignity of the citizens are in hand & glove with the law breakers, Gentle people are afraid of approaching the Police for fear of harassment and the confidence of the public is shaken. Police is mis-using their powers and for obvious reasons and the only rule works with the Police is Money makes the Mare Go. Crime graft is rising day after day. Was this the dream of democracy of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi??

Food: Food is essential commodity for life and as per the news published in Hindustan Times dated June 28,2010 ‘ Govt lets 30 lakh tones of paddy rot’ Food Corporation of India refusing to lift the stock which could feed around 4 lakh people for a month. Is it not prima facie a fit case of willful & intentional criminal negligence? On the part of the concerned authorities punishable under the law. In Some States Kissans (Farmers) are committing suicides because of hunger, in some areas children are learning to eat MUD, some people are dying because of lack of nutrious food, and on the other hand there is criminal negligence in storing & using the Food and allowing it to rot. It is not only a shameful act on the part of the concerned authorities but they are liable to compensate of loss from their salaries and assets and for this criminal act I hold liable the Cabinet as a whole (GOM), since they have collective responsibility, the concerned bureaucrats, Public representatives i.e. MPs, MLAs, Municipal Councilors and local panchayats and all these dignitaries be made to compensate the loss of precious Food through their salaries and assets.

Hike in salary & allowances of MPs; Hindustan Times dated June 24, 2010. In these circumstances with what face, right and ground the MPs are asking for hike in their salaries, allowances and constituency allowances rather they are liable to re-imbrues the money already taken under the said counts. The World is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil but because of those who look on and do nothing – Albert Einstine. In the premises all our Ministers (GOM), Officials, Public Representatives at all levels those who have looked on and did nothing be booked for criminal negligence and sent to Jail after summary trials by Fast Track Courts in the Interest of Justice and in the interest of Public at large without any delay which may set an example for future irresponsible Office Bearers at all levels including Public representatives responsible for the Public Welfare. All this amounts to gross dereliction of duties by respective officials, Ministers & Public representatives.

IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE PERHAPS THE CONCERNED GOVERNMENTS ARE ABLE TO READ THE BOLD WRITINGS ON THE WALL THAT THEY ARE NOT LIKELY TO BE VOTED BACK TO POWER AGAIN. NO POLITICAL PARTY IS WITH AAM ADMI. A MATTER OF SHAME.

Yours truly,

A concerned Citizen,

(R.N.PRABHAKAR)
